Augustana Summer Spanish in the Andes

(5 week Intensive Program) June 4th - July 7th -- 2013
(10 week Program) June 4st - August 22th -- 2013

The Summer Spanish Programs in the Andes enjoy a long and rich tradition of providing serious college students, Spanish teachers, and other interested adults with an opportunity to study the language and experience the culture of Latin America. The programs include formal classroom instruction, the opportunity to live with and learn from an Ecuadorian family and visits to sites of cultural, geographical, and historical interest in Ecuador and Peru.

COURSES OFFERED

Students interested in our courses can pick between the following:

10 Week Program: The 10 week Ecuador Program offers up to a full year of Spanish (9 credits) to students at every level of Spanish.

5 Week Intensive Program: Offers participants up to 6 credits of Advanced Spanish electives (Literature and Culture).
